JML Design & Development was founded in 2023 by John Michael Lamb.

John has global industry experience in multiple project types and scale, in a variety of roles including design, design management, project management and construction supervision within consultant and developer organsiations.

With a practical and pragmatic approach, balanced with experience working on cutting edge iconic buildings, John founded JML Design & Development as a vehicle to create, design and deliver unique residential developments. Careful planning, attention to detail, aesthetic harmony and simplicity are his driving principles.
